I am an Assistant Professor of Information Technology and Business Analytics in the Department of Information Technology, Analytics & Operations at NC State University’s Poole College of Management.
My research examines the economic and managerial questions created by digital platforms. I study how people and organizations participate in open innovation, crowdsourcing and online labor markets, as well as how social media and AI-enabled services shape stakeholder behavior and welfare.

I combine applied econometrics, experiments, machine learning, large language models, text mining, and image analysis in my work.
